When my car landed in nigeria, the mechanic that serviced the car weeks back used a SAE 20W-50 for the servicing. I just checked the engine cap and I discovered that the recommended OIL is SAE 5W -20 orS” SAE 0W - 20 Could this harm the engine? What do you suggest i do? I am new to automobiles |

Born2conquer:Drain the oil and replace with the correct one. Since the car manufacturer recommended lesser weighted oils, thicker oils will make the engine work more, this causes issues over time |
