Instagram is one platform where everyone is projecting their 'best' self - and this makes people (especially ladies) very insecure. Before i post the pictures i handpicked DISCLAIMER: I am not a posing instructor, and did not create this post to shame women. I believe every woman has the right to do what she wants to look good, so far it's healthy and not used to take advantage of others.
