They don't have a right to. They can't confirm anything. If they need to clarify anything, they can only send ADR.

Please I need help with my transcript verification from Unilag. 3 weeks ago, ICES sent a mail in this regard to Unilag. The NASU strike is not helping matter as I have exhausted all my contacts rn. ECA is the only thing delaying me. Help!!

They don't. Best bet would be for them to request for an updated bank statement to show that the money is still intact.

* currently live in the US and are planning to go and settle (no soft landing) or
* live outside the US, they are immediate family members (spouse or common-law partner, dependent child, dependent child of a dependent child, parent or step-parent, guardian or tutor) of a Canadian citizen/PR.

Rumour has it that others have made it through, not sure how. It's all a bit confusing, maybe it depends on how strict your departing country's immigration is, perhaps they will not turn away anyone who actually arrives in Canada if you have a valid COPR. No personal knowledge of a post March 18 COPR.

Very spot on Mamaroon. At least 5 persons in the COPR group i'm in have travelled from Nigeria post March 18. The most recent being yesterday.

They do not have the right to know the value in your account. They only send a confirmation letter to the bank to confirm the genuity of the letter. If the VO is not satisfied, reason why they request for an updated POF. But a bank can never review the amount in your acct to a third party

Or should I use the NOC of adminitrive officer to go into Canada Express pool.

I am so confused RightNow because a travel consultant told me that I can not use welding as an experience because I don't have the educational background in technical line.

Please help a brother here.

use admin noc. Welder is under skilled trades for which you need job offer or licensing from Canada to qualify/ you have to come over for the licencing.

I think they refund the money. Not sure tho.

You only have access to 25% and the letter from your PFA should mention that.

Imagine what the outcome might be, should a VO check online for what obtains in Nigeria........marking POF as insufficient because all the resources online (NUPEMCO included) reflect 25% not 50%.
