Show us the source of this info. Actually, it is a good idea. Falaye as a Presidential candidate suggested something like this. If enough Youths make sensible use of money like this, it will generate enough commerce to take many people out of poverty. If money circulates within the communities, the money creates wealth. This is what money is supposed to do. It is just a means of exchange or trade by batter. However, some will spend it foolishly on travel agents, party, booze and you know what ..... boyfriends and girlfriends. |
