What's my business with the lifeless one? Back to the topic: There is difference between passing road and blocking road. Nobody is complaining about the momentary inconvenience when your procession passes by on it's way to the destination you want to converge. What we are saying is that the road shouldn't be the destination. If this explanation isn't clear enough, then I take it you deliberately set out to misunderstand Lashist: |

yemex04: And the protest in Honk Kong isn't an over do of things abi? In 2017 we protested and they gave us audio promises, 2018 the same thing, 2019 the vice president told us the police and Sars will be reformed and what happened? If they had acted, would here be a protest like this one? Stop giving excuses for the government's incompetence. 1 Like |

... For God sake tell us one thing that is working in this country....probably u have not cross the shores of this country.... U will weep for Nigeria if u compare Nigeria with some of this Africa countries... Give yourself sense.... Let us Embrace truth....if Nigeria is good tomorrow all of us will enjoy... It is high time we stopped celebrating our oppressors How would UN intervention look like? remove the President and all state Governors and National Assembly,/State Assembly members? The protest has become more of jokes and concert for celebrities and followers.. I know there's regular supply of food and drinks which has made the gatherings attractive for most folks.. We like to overdo things in this country so much tht the main course would be defeated.. Even the so called UN and international communities know that all protest demands have been met.. The reform been asked for will not happen in practice terms like ''closing and opening'' of eyes.. It will come, but it will take a process... I know my comments would only be understood by those who have knowledge of process. #Endsenselessprotestnow[/quote] |

Police brutality, economic mismanagement, corruption, insecurity etc That is what the Youths are protesting about. I forgot to add a failed judiciary. Virtually every government institution has failed. Now government in Nigeria is just about preying on the citizens. |

This is the case of your great grandfather still running the affairs of the house when the leaders are still being breastfed and the future leaders are also being regarded as toys, toddlers, incapable kids at the ages of 40y. o Just imagine. Lie Mohd kids are all adults During their, buhari was in power, Lai was somewhere in top government, gowon same, obasanjo too and etc. 2 Likes |

You de mind them? They are just following a statement made by an uninformed medical doctor that UN will intervene after 30 days. Merely looking at precedents should have told them that the man was wrong with that particular assertion. Gradually #ENDSARS is losing the popular support that it garnered earlier as a result of the way the youths have started abusing it. Blocking major roads and looting shops will only get more people on the side of the government. What we need now is to get a leadership that can engage in negotiations with the government. Government is willing to talk but there is no leadership to jaw jaw with. Government has implemented most of their demands so far, now is the time to streamline their demands and present it to the government. Protest is a serious business and not the carnival we have turned ours into. peacekante: 1 Like |
