While watching Man city vs Arsenal match yesterday, one of the moments that made everyone smile was when Aguero complained to the Linesman(who happens to be a lady), then smiled and touched her on the shoulder while she walked away. Should he be fined for it? 1 Share

yup simply because the new adjusted fifa rules guiding referees and assistant do not support improper handling of the refrees bt he may excape the punishment if the ref sees nothing wrong with what he did and if it isnt included in dt match report.. 1 Like |
