it was for me also. I had an 8 from a 6 after using :-Asad Yakub on youtube. Forget the accent and get the point

Please I need advice, I am currently the HR officer and I report directly to the CEO where I work, I currently need employment reference letter but I dont want my CEO to know about my canada processing for now , because he wont allow me breathe. Someone advised that the HR assistant can sign my reference letter, I really dont know if that makes sense as she reports to me.
Please has anyone been in my position before and what did you do.

HR needs HR!!

Does your organisation have JDs for each post? If so, perhaps the HR assistant will have to do the letter and refer to the attached JD. You may need to include other things to corroborate your position, I think e.g. goals and appraisals to confirm your duties and payslips to show pay for example. These are not required but you can add just to do efiko in case a VO thinks it is suspicious that your subordinate is signing the ref....when you probably have a supervisor.

OR

You could just bite the bullet and let the CEO do it. Simplest option......you could let him know the Canadian PR thingee is an option you are considering. He probably has a 2nd nationality for all you know!!!

Who would sign a regular visitor visa letter for you?

First of all, congratulations. I think someone (uche) posted something here some days ago about submitting passports to Accra. If you check the last 5 pages, you should find the information you need.
