They don't invest with the state funds.
The EFCC can dust their files and charge them for whatever they want.
But it's not possible in Peter Obi's case.
How do you tag someone a criminal, if you've never even charged him to court?
You assumed he used state funds to enrich himself, but there's no proof, not even a single one.
