Who is the security official coordinating thugs in Abuja. He has been seen in at least three locations in Abuja today with a Prado SUV with no license plate that looks like government issued.
In all three locations he was seen coordinating and giving instructions to the thugs.
In one instance some thugs got into the Prado. In another instance the vehicle was moving as he stood by the door, meaning someone else was driving.
The man has on the dark suits common with DSS and plain clothed security men.
His confidence and boldness makes him look like someone acting on "orders from above".
