ODJ124:thank u. The hatred which ibos and Yoruba PDP have for Tinubu no be small. Yoruba should wake up. IBO will use sentiments they have for us to destroy Lagos. They only burned police station in IBO land but in Lagos, they are destroying our heritage, our investments and land. I have said my own. All the PDP Agbero that are joining ibos in Lagos are senseless and we must think twice. |

Tobsam237: You are exhibiting the same arrogance just like the foolish political class. Protest is going simultaneously in over 20 states and you think you can stop it by force? Like soldiers don't have family abi? The more you use force the more the escalation. You want the protesters to start targeting the family of our soldiers before you will have sense abi. It's people like you that keep Nigeria the way it is. Your type should not be found anywhere close to power. |

ABULARdotCOM: Said something like this a while ago. Just as Obama distanced himself from the scandal ridden Clinton monarchy in the run up to his successful presidential bid, political sagacity dictates when you should decouple from an unpopular regime to chart your own course within the same party. Tinubu's silence and ambivalence on a lot of national issues surrounding misgovernance by this present regime will bite back. He is not reading the socio-political landscape well at all. His rivals have him where they want, between and betwix, weakened at home and abroad. He has to cut the Buhari regime loose now and start rebuilding his base with strong entreaties and favours to his people in words and deeds. At worst he will lose the national game but retain his base. The way he is playing it he may lose both home and away. 3 Likes |
