This issue always disturb me a lot,
Whenever im in the poop room, i would leap from the sit once i noticed the water is gonna flash back on me,

Fortify the toilet by laying a bed of tissue paper just over the water in the cistern.

That will create a protective layer over the water and cushion the effect of your humongous fecal matter dropping into the toilet.

HERE IS THE REMEDY

take some tissue and dump them in the water before you poop.... the tissue will absorb water and ensure your no splash-back on you. Hope you understand?
