i switched from m2tone and pregnacare conception combo to evergreen formula for women. I switched because it was not pocket friendly after two months . I have taken a month's dosage and started on another. I have milk coming out of one of my boobs, the one where my daughter nursed on the most. A doctor told me it's normal, hoping the evergreen formula balances my hormones in case there's any imbalance. I also got positive on ovulation test kit, I wonder why its taking so long.

Did you give birth recently? If you did,are you still breastfeeding?if yes, maybe you are yet to ovulate again.

If you didn't give birth recently and you are producing breast milk,it means your prolactin is high and needs to be balanced with bromocripton, you can consult your gynae for details.

Guys, please help me analyse this hormone profile results..
From your result, the Prolactin seems to be high given the range limit and the FSH too.
But then let the experts give you a thorough review.

Hi Mama, please what symptoms did you experience prior to doctor's discovery?

My vagina was dry like the desert and I use to get yeast infections a whole lot. Even during intercourse, I tend to be dry. I started using goron tula to increase vagina fluid and it helped.

It wasn't the symptoms that lead to the diagnosis or discovery. It was during hysteroscopy that it was discovered, the instruments were not entering and the cervix was closed.

If you suspect you have it, tell your doctor/gynaecologist and request for a pelvic exam.

They may argue at first but be firm and insistent. I was the one that decided that I need to do a hysteroscopy, my former gynaecologist didn't see a need and my husband agreed with him. I did my research and saved up for the procedure, now I am enjoying the decision.

My gynaecologist told me that the "catheter stent" he inserted for me has ended infertility of 19 years for one of his patients.

Good evening fruitful Mamas here. I've treated PID twice (once this year) and was just diagnosed again of the same PID. I've been married for 10 months now and no show. I was supposed to see a gynaecologist but it's not covered in my health plan with my employer being that I'm not pregnant so I suspended that till I'm buoyant.
Being that I know I have this issue for years now as it started as far back as boarding school, do I just respect myself and plan for IVF than to do series of test and taking drugs?
I intend doing the necessary test on paper but deep down I'm contemplating IVF or surrogacy. I need advise. Please help.
I don't mind being recommended to a good hospital around Ikeja axis.

PID does not equate infertility. You need to do some tests first, make sure it includes a pelvic exam and high vagina swab. The physical appearance of your cervix says a lot and matters in your fertility journey.

Madam, first of all, when ur gynea is saying everything is normal and u know or feel there's something wrong,Biko what are u waiting for? U have enough money to waste for consultation abi? coz I know consultation isn't cheap. Please seek a second opinion.I don't know y some gyneas no dey proactive at all.fine,we know TTC can be unexplainable but they can try trace am .
U said ur issue is chemical pregnancy(incomplete implantation)that's to say that you ovulate well, tubes are fine,DH sperm is superb so it has already been narrowed down.
Causes of chemical pregnancies:
Defected Eggs
Inadequate uterine lining
Low hormone levels (ruled out from the result)
Luteal phase defect
Infection

My two cents,Work on your eggs,do HVS test for infections and please, change your gynecologist.
This journey is not easy but I know u will overcome.

You nailed this infertility matter on the head. Many of these gynaecologists we go to are not proactive at all. All they want to do is prescribe clomid and tell one to wait. One of my previous gynaecologist kept counselling me and advising me to wait.

Please can I take herbal medicine for fertility during my period or after?

Some are best taken during and some immediately after.

Things meant to clean/wash the womb(bara) should be taken during. Guava and combo are taken immediately after the period ends.

Wow! I usually find it painful during tvs or any form of insertion. Infact I haven't been able to do any because it feels like breaking through a wall. They were able to do an insert during laparoscopy I had earlier in the year. I wasn't awake obviously else they wouldn't have been able to put it in. I've been curious to know why..

Hi,
If you are concerned about IVF related questions, you can visit https://bankerivf.com/.
They have got great and informative articles and their FAQs really help. Although I'll suggest taking this as a last resort, still this is an option.

Good evening Mama's and family in the house.

Pls I'm over 15 weeks pregnant and had cough, catarrh and malaria recently. I went to the hospital but couldn't see doctor due to current protest and break down of law and order.

A nurse friend prescribed paludrine 1*2 daily, amoxil 1*3 daily vitamin c, paracetamol and multivitamin for me.
I've taken the paludrine for 3 days now but a pharmacist just made me know that paludrine isn't safe during pregnancy.

Pls I want to know if I'm at any risk

Hi mama, pls do you know if a breastfeeding mother can take gorontula?
A little info:
I have been struggling with dry va.gina since I got married last year(got married as a virgin)
No matter how aroused I become, that place would still be dry.
I gave birth in August via CS because my cervix stopped dilating at 8 cm.
Pls help me. May God come through for all of you!!!!

Always their first line of action..
Of which new research shows it works well when combined with another drug.

Good day.
I think you should work with a gynaecologist who would direct you on which tests to do and how to go about them. If you decide to start carrying out fertility tests on your own, you might end up wasting both time and money.

Work with a gynaecologists, if you're worried about cost, use a government hospital.
