Did they steal your credit too, me I'm currently vexed and stranded, I hate the way these guys treat us because we are Nigerians, what the hell is wrong with them, who do they think they are?

Yes, they gave me 1000Naira credit which I bought 500 naira Data from and I had 342Naira initially.
My balance was meant to be 842 Naira but they removed everything and left 0.01 naira for me.


I didn't beg them to give me free data and I think it's very wrong for them to remove my data

same here after i was given free 1000k now any amount i recharge the next thing i see is 0.00k,this happen to me yesterday nd today when i load 500#,now im scared of recharging nd have been calling there cvstomer care bt they aint pickin up.

Most of this companies act like rogues,because we have no government body to checkmate their decisions..

Dial 111, follow the voice prompt, then press 2, then 4, then 4 again, and finally 9. It will direct you to their call agent.

Call them at mid night... They will pick your call immediately....

Use 2449 to access them...
