It is clear that what happened at the various shoprites were stealing and vandalization. However, I don't know what you intend to achieve with this misdirection of yours. The question asked is if the other warehouses that were looted truly stored palliatives or just an unfortunate fellow's warehouse.
What was stored doesn’t matter, is it their own, what concerns them?, trespassing on private property, stealing is stealing.

Oga, your philosophy no get any reasonable attempt at being an actuality!!

Forgive my pun.

This pain, revolution, unrest - simply not needed....... All that happens is a change of guards- corrupt ones at that,........ who become worse as the days go by.

BUT the innocent, the poor bear the brunt.. fallout.

Interesting thing is that though the poor/innocents fan the embers into a flame and eventually a raging fire, they never actually get the benefit.. They are consumed in the process like charcoal!!

The cycle continues

.

What we need is creation and enactment of laws that create a traction for upliftment of the common good.

The charitable sector coming into support the lack in society, not just a few audio pictures.

People becoming more resilient to do good despite temptations.

The return to the old days of publicly shaming and excluding those with unexplained funds..

Let's cleanse the land of evil,.... be it tiny, small or great..

Then we are on to the right path

.
Very good admonishment, but it goes down the drain, am I my Brothers keeper? Hell no, Nigerians don’t have time for that, hypocrisy & miracles is what they prefer, no love for their brother man. Ordinary electricity no dey, yet they are the 1st ones to shout Jesus Christ show us the light to lead the part, what a Nation of Demons.

these are hungry people that the government has refused to attend to.

you people are enriching yourselves and leave the poor and jobless citizens to rot on the roads.

they have been compounding the hunger and this protest projected itself as an avenue to feed their hunger.

they have looted food stores, warehouses and even life goats and now they needed to get some gas to cook. next are cooking utensil stores.

God epp us in this country.

this is the outcome of ignoring the people of your country while you and your children, wives and families are flying private jets up and down and dining in luxury.

this is not the country we want.

e no go better for all Nigerian politicians.

One of the things I learnt from the whole protest ish is that the common man is even more corrupt and brutal than those they speak against.

Unending protest is a breeding ground for all sortof social vices, anarchy, insurrection, looting, rioting, killings, disintegration, revolution etc.

When a protest goes on and on and on, it would eventually be hijacked by people with evil intent (not connected to the protest). It could be those who have hatred for a particular leader, it could those who want to see the country burn (IPOB and revolutionnow) as long as it would make them king of the ashes, it could be those who had been targeting your business or life or even foreign powers who would see the country burn so they make money from sells of arms and resources theft.

You guys were warned the protest had been hijacked and should end it, and allow the govt work on the demands. Instead, you guys reinterpreted what Endsars is, added more demands, ask the president to resign, wanted to protest for 30 days so the UN would step( deceived into believing so by those who had scheme ahead of you to use the protest for their evil intent), the celebrities urged you on, contributed money.

Let me ask you, when the curfew came, and the soldiers approached to enforce it, how many celebrities were at the front? Where was Ay, Omotola, Davido? Were there with you at the lekki Gate? Or they were tweeting from their homes? How many foreign power do you know would like to see Nigeria burn as long as they make their billions stealing our resources, selling arms to each sides?

Businesses are destroyed, homes damage, job lost, at least for the next 3 months before all can be recovered. Who suffer the most? Nigerians youth, use your head. Our govt is bad, there is corruption everywhere, not just the govt but also among the youth. True. But it can get worse as long as we are heading this path and allow those with evil intent to burn it down.

At the end, when every breaks down. The celebrities would be outside the country tweeting (just as they were missing in the lekki Gate). The govt officials who can afford would fly out of the country. Businesses men who can and saw the signs ahead would run to another country. But we the millions of youth would suffer the most.

And don't make the mistake of thinking we would ground all flight. That they won't be able to fly out. They will see the early signs of war and disintegration weeks or months ahead. They would fly out weeks or months before everything goes up in flames.

Be wise people. Just as in this protest, the common people suffer at the end.
If only the insensitive man at the top had made a good speech from day one, the demonstration would have been nipped at the bud and thugs wouldn't have been able to capitalize on the silence of your darling daddy!

I swear, until we embrace the truth you've said and begin to work on our values, nothing will change. Nigeria's leaders will be chosen from among Nigerians. One day this country will be governed by some of us the youths and it concerns me because what we are suffering today with leadership may be a child's play if we continue to blame everyone but ourselves.

Hmm, those are the names they call them by- street urchins, miscreants, hoodlums, touts, what other names do we call them out there. They all over Nigeria in their millions. Oh, they're the ones that infiltrated the peaceful protests. Ah, they were the ones that inflicted the destruction across the country - burning, looting, stealing, killing and, yeah, raping. Really. Were those really their names, I think not. They were the creation of you and me, the monster given birth to and nurtured by the irresponsible system of government we run. They're forgotten, neglected, abandoned, discarded, marginalised children of the country whose lives have become valueless to you and me. So we think, until they reminded all of us once again of their presence, value, importance, efficiency and effectiveness. In just twenty four hours, they brought the entire nation to attention making all of us to scurry to our mothers and fathers, sent the affluents to their sanctuary, that's if they believe it to be so, the leaders were hurriedly moving from one meetings to another. The world looked on in amazement. Just like a wind, they retreated to be by another whirlwind, sooner or later. Do we think we can get away with it, the injustice and inequality that bred them. Let's continue to live in denial as if we don't know the use we put them into. Politicians always negatively empower them, leaders use them as disruptive agents, yet society detest them. These elements know what we think about them, they know we don't value their lives. Surprised, how we now expect them to value all that's societal, the infrastructures, the investments, the government structure, the businesses, oh yes our safety and indeed our lives. Keep calling them all those names and be in fools Paradise, congratulating ourselves for every milestone that doesn't involve them. They're there to destroy everything that we have built, endanger all our lives, kill our loved ones and ultimately crash everything if we continue to turn blind eyes to their existence. The children that the society refuse or fail to cultivate will cultivate themselves into nemesis. We are our own nemesis and we continue to live with it until we decide to cultivate every single child born of this country. Remember, another time is coming for their emergence from where they have crawled back into. They are waiting, watching, thinking and angling for that another time.

What do you call a good speech? Did he not respond almost immediately to the Endsars? Did he not address Nigeria? The truth is that immediately the govt acceded to the request, the youth saw it as an avenue to clamour for more, while others saw the opportunity to hijacked the revolution.

The government.
They used the stealing to make the protest look like a violent protest.
Yes! They brought in the hoodlums.
They infiltrated the peaceful protest with their thugs.
Thugs they trained for election period
Thugs they refused to educate
Thugs give stipends
Thugs they want to have control over by giving them 1k 2k
The government are the thugs
The thugs are the evidence of bad governance
The government looted and burnt buildings.

Wish we have a government that can compensate our business men and women whose wares were stolen or damaged in the cause of this protest.
BETTER SAID, WE JUST HAVE A TASTE OF THE YOUTH THE SYSTEM HAD CREATED OVER THE YEARS. THE CHILDREN OF THE POLITICIANS WHO SCHOOL ABROAD WON'T BE SEEN AMONG THE LOOTERS. THEY ARE PICKING JUICY POSITIONS FROM THE LIKES OF NNPC, OIL COMPANIES ETAL, SOME OF THOSE LOOTERS WERE FRUSTRATED OUT OF THE VARSITY BY EITHER STRIKE OR GOVERNMENT DRACONIAN POLICY. THAT WAS WHERE THE PROBLEM STARTED. WHAT WE ARE WITHNESSING NOW IS NOTHING BUT THE RESULT OF AGE LONG BOTTLED FRUSTRATION. THE BOTTLE JUST LEAKED . MY FEAR IS THAT FURTHER SHAKING OF THAT TABLE MAY RESULT IN THE BOTTLE EITHER EXPLODING OR IMPLODING.

Conducts like these are the reasons I don't invest or have businesses in black communities or African countries. Some folks lost everything during the protest/pandemonium in the US, predominantly in black communities. Imagine one's livelihood gone in a jiffy.
