While most people may not be comfortable with the activities of IPOB which have been largely peaceful, it's rather considered too hasty for Wike to ban IPOB and place bounty on an individual when other state governors are still setting up committees to investigate the situation. Wike no doubts rides on the benefits of cases Igbos are making daily, keeping Nigerian government excesses on its toes and drawing attention of the global community.
IPOB as a watchdog is an offshoot of threadbare injustices southeast and South South have borne for a long time. Wike should tread with caution not to be used by the enemy.
