Lalasticala, why did you post this sh1t on the homepage? Is there any reputable (Nigerian) source apart from the blog the OP posted as his source? Why push fake news to the homepage? Nairaland is getting worse.

How did you know the reason he was arrested?
For your information, Breitbart is not just "a blog". It's quite popular in USA and respected. And you can see the comments from Americans. A little Googling will save tons of trouble.

Human right lawyers and the legal minds backing the protest should stand up for this sensible and humane soldier before it's too late.

But the soldier was right now. The struggle is for all.

You send them to fight Boko Haram with substandard guns, no allowance, no good meal
I heard they are doing all this especially in equipping the military because of the fair of military take over

It started in the past to prevent it and it has been going on ever since then even though they are now less of a threat to them

Only irredeemable FOOLS FROM BIRTH ignores the fact that looting and real burning started after the lekki shooting.

The pre shooting thugs sponsored by government handover to the police and military. But this set of fools turn blind eyes to unfolding of event

The moment they started behaving like gorrillas on rampage , looting and burning business, freeing prisoners and invading psychiatric hospital I knew the foriegn countries would have a filled day mocking us

Already the racist singled out Nigerians out of US visa lootery, blamed only Nigerians for cybercrime committed by almost all countries

With this looting and " Peaceful Protest" Trump people would completely drag hardworking Nigerians so badly like criminals

*Black Lives Matter Protest in the US.... Black Americans looted

*EndSARs protest in the most populous black nation... Blacks are still looting as we speak

*South African Xenophobic attack... Blacks turned it to looting carnival

Yes, this is the problem I have with my country. I don't want the government to do anything for me, BUT the bad reputation of being a nigerian has prevented me from reaching my full potential (had it been I was a different nationality). It breaks my heart when I see even AFRICANS who can't hide their hatred for "Nigerians". I feel like telling them there are many different people in Nigeria we are not all the same. That green passport is a yoke on my neck.

The coward was arrested for rebelling and encouraging mutiny. He could have offered his advise without undermining army authority when there was no existing order to fire on any protester. Social media slay boys like this shouldn't have made it into the army in the first place.

The problem Nigeria has are Nigerians themselves.
The government is an embodiment of Nigerians elected by Nigerians.

Let's ask ourselves why we are regarded with hate in some countries.

We should stage a war against indiscipline nationwide.

We should condemn all sorts of violence, criminality and other social vices in the country.

We should disregard ethnic squabbles and seek unity even in diversity.

And what is worse is that the racist whites will gladly point to Nigeria and tell black americans how good they have it in america.

It can always be worse.

You could have been born in Nigeria where there is complete disregard for human life by the government.
