you can project to the future, past, to unravel mystery and mostly just for fun.
You can to to the moon, other planets and even see other beings or entities

You can use psychedelics to access this realm,
Lucid dreams, yoga and intense breathing exercises.

I've had experiences with lucid dreaming before, but my understanding of it was me accessing parts of my mind I couldn't while awake and not necessarily visiting another dimension.

there is a stage of sleep when your body vibrates at high frequency,,, you're fully awake and conscious of this but can't control it, it means your soul (Astral body) is about to depart from your physical body. to give it the easy way, just utter : "higher self now" and it will finally leave the body to explore.
at this stage also, you might hallucinate, not really a hallucinations (like caused by drugs), but you will see thing, creatures, entities (other souls, spirits, ETFs, etc). they may seem to overpower you, note the only weapon against them is to be fearless.
just have no fear and you'll be able to overcome them, or give out commands, you have the greatest power,...

commands like: "hey! now go away", "I rise above your vibration", "let love shine upon me" ....they will vanish all.

2. Feel relaxed, don't panic at sight of things
3. Cover yourself with love.
