Gen Z Lagos Residents successfully protested against Police brutality with the hashtag #EndSARS starting on October 9, 2020.

The protests, however, took a turn for the worse from Monday October 19, 2020, leading to widespread damage to public infrastructure and looting of private businesses. @drivinginlagos drove around the streets of Lagos on the morning of Saturday 24 2020, once the 24 hours curfew was lifted.
