For students and unmarried young ladies, I often recommend Toyota Camry Solara due to very low maintenance and 100 security (no one steals a Solara ). A standard 2007/2008 is around N2m. However, it is 2-door vehicle.

You can go for Toyota Camry 2007-2009 as well.
RAV4 2005 as well, but 2006/2007 model will entail you adding some money to balance up for a standard one, just like Highlander 2002/2003 as well. Lexus es330 2004/2005 won't also be a bad idea.

With your budget,you have a wide range of choices to pick from but ensure you get a vehicle with low maintenance please.

I doubt you will get a graded 2004 Highlander, not even 2005 for N2.5m, you might need to add some thousands to get it.

Toks will suffice...but as a student and as a female,use what will befit your femininity...both before and after schooling...this also brings to mind a Toyota matrix

Honestly, the Camry is the best option for you. Look for a fully-loaded 2008 four cylinder Camry.

If roads are bad, you can look at a Honda CRV too.

People have not been to the market recently.
Their eyeballs will pop at the going prices of cars now.

That said, OP, you may want to add 03-06 Lexus es330 to your options. Nice car. Also do not rule out the 06 toyota avensis. It's equipped.
The 05 rav4 is a good buy with your budget.

The rx300 also falls nicely within your budget. I'd buy that over the 05 highlander.

My dear, I am not a car expert but sincerely, if you are not buying to show off on campus, simply just buy a 2010 toyota corolla and have peace of mind.
