Former Nigeria Minister of Aviation under President Goodluck Jonathan's administration, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode has reacted to the news of United State of America rejecting the candidacy of Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala as the new Director General of the World Trade Organization (WTO)

It was widely celebrated in Nigeria after Nigerian Okonjo-Iweala was announced to be clinching the seat of WTO number one.

Later, the United State was said to be indifference as they reject Nigerian former Minister of Finance as the Director General of World Trade Organization.

In his reaction today, Thursday October 29, 2020, Feni Fani-Kayode said he still want the United State of America President, Donald Trump to win next month Presidential election despite his stand of Okonjo-Iweala.

In this post on his verified social media page today, Fani-Kayode said

I love Donald Trump and I want him to win the presidential election on November 3rd. I believe he is the best for America and the world and that he is the only one that is capable of standing up to China."
He went on to say that he do not however believe that he is infallible and his decision to block Ngozi Ojonjo-Iweala as the DG of World Trade Organisation proves that

Former Nigeria Minister of Aviation further described Okonjo-Iweala as an "extraordinary lady" who is by far the best candidate for the position of World Trade Organization.

He added that the integrity of Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala "is unimpeachable and her ability is unquestionable."

Though he acknowledged that the decision of Donald Trump administration to oppose the Nigerian as new DG of WTO has made millions of Trump lovers upset.

He concluded by advising the American President to reconsider his decisions on Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala's candidacy.
