Let me commend the federal government on this initiative. The official responsible for the distribution must distribute it fairly without hoarding. I will also like to point out that it is disheartening that you are giving to Kaduna and Kano two cities in northern regions to the exclusion of cities in other regions. This should have been arrange to be one city from each region of the country.

Everything in Nigeria is all about taking pictures and playing politics with basic amenity. Which one is free meter again, after using tax payers money to acquire them. They still expect you to pay for what should be your right and they make it seem like they are doing you a favour.

Metering is better. Throughout the lockdown and after ie 6 months I used just 80 units in my office just to pump water etc. I would have being paying 45k every month if I did not have the meter. Other businesses in the complex got that bill.
Now my advarage useaage a month is less than 7k. Imagine that my estimated Nepa bill before I got my meter in February was 40-45k monthly.
