Lagos Judicial Panel Visits Military Morgue, Insists On Inspecting Dead Bodies by Nemere2020: 2:47pm On Oct 30, 2020
The Lagos State Judicial Panel of Enquiry on Restitution for victims of SARS Related Abused and other matters Friday visited the military hospital at Ikoyi, insisting on inspecting the mortuary.

After about 30 minutes denial, soldiers were said to have granted them access to the area.

A member of the panel, Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa, SAN, said the panel has ‘confidential information’ that certain events took place in the hospital on October 20, 2020.

His words “We are exercising our mandate on behalf of the governor of Lagos State under the tribunal of inquiry laws.

“We have already inspected the Lekki toll gate today and we decided to pay an unscheduled visit to the mortuary of the Military Hospital because we have confidential information concerning certain events that took place in the hospital here.

“We are waiting for them to grant us access to inspect the mortuary because we have reasons to believe that that facility is relevant to our investigation.

It would be recalled that about five bullets were discovered at Lekki Tollgate today.

This is good. Ebun-Olu Adegdoruwa can be trusted. The unannounced storming of the Military Hospital will assuage our concerns that bodies were deposited in that mortuary.

We deserve to know the true situation of things that have already set Nigeria 10 years backwards.

And every and any person found guilty of killings of innocent souls (that resulted in loss of lives and properties, especially private businesses)

OR,

Any body found guilty of spreading fake news
(that resulted in loss of lives and properties, especially private businesses)

Whichever way it is, they must be brought to book.
This can and will never be swept under the carpet.

The Good people of Nigeria deserve to know the WHOLE TRUTH of this Lekki issue now.
Heads must roll!

Up till now, many Good Nigerian citizens with an open mind don't know what to believe.........still!

whizzler:
The second part of Ur assertion is as important as the first part because everyone must be held responsible for their actions
Exactly my objective points.

diaspoAFRICANS:

10 years or you meant 100 Yrs backwards?
More like that....
It's a sorry case.

Even if it was just one (1) youth that was killed
It is a very BIG issue for some of us with brains and souls,
If it was 7 youths as it was reported by the genuine protesters at Lekki, it is still so sad,
and if it was 78 or 100 youths as it was circulated all over social media,
We deserve to know the whole truth as a nation.
So we can know how to table our matter to the international community.
We want to know what is true and what are lies.
We dont want to accept any lies from the Army and at the same time, We don't need some people (celebrities et al) fueling fake news on this heated country now.
We are not fighting against Nigeria,
We are fighting for Nigeria.
#IStandWithTheTruth
Some Nigerians are waiting for what is the truth.
#IStandWithAPeacefulProtest.
#AGoodCountryIsAllNigerianYouthsWant
Again,
We are not fighting against Nigeria,
We are fighting for Nigeria.

Conscience is an open wound. Only the truth can heal it.

I hope the powers that issued the "command" will not silence the investigators.

I don't respond to questions raised by accounts opened today.

Sparogatively, this people are just beating around the bush!

Does this panel think the Army would keep the bodies there That's if at all it was taken there in the first place.

DJ Switch through her video revealed the Nigerian Army left with some dead bodies.
Her words, and she's the most popular eye witness so far!

The panel should constitute a team that would also search surrounding water bodies near the army morgue and their barrack probably even the Lagos Lagoon. You never can tell.

Anyways, make una Kontinor!
