The guy postponed to Dec 30 again. Lied they've commenced payment, meanwhile no one has come out to testify. He is a fraud

What do we do now, this people are just giving unnecessary excuses. Federal government banned the importation of maize, I thought it will help their course. It seems they have scammed us oo

it might be necesary to spend money to recover our funds. However I prefer to discuss with genuine investors only. People who can be verified. These scammers will easily follow posts on NL.

Let's call them out and put some pressure on them. I don't believe they paid anyone. They just lied on the email they wrote.

It's obvious H.O Corn is a fraud. How can you say you've started payment and you need two full months to complete repayment. Who does that?

What we should be discussing now is how best to treat H.O Corn Bleep up.

to begin to think that i first heard of it on the radio which is our very owned wazobia fm if true we really owned it,these media do they fight for their pockets or the masses its itself a very rough question if you ask me,but i know it won't go down well with all of them,this is the media age,i will tag them soon.

A few social media influencers too were paid to promote the HO Corn farm cycle in February.

I doubt if they bought farm from HO Corn and even if they did. They would rather be silent or may be HO Corn would settle them to keep mum.

If you check HO Corn Twitter Page you'd see handles like:

@mrmanhere_
@UnclePamilerin
@iamUncleMark
@RealDryelo

I totally agree with you bro.
So what’s the plan, how do we proceed to retrieve our money from this fraud of H.O.

I asked them specifically how they are paying the investor they claim to be paying and they said they choose them randomly, you can just imagine...

Please we need to take a decisive action against these guys.
Re: H.o Corn by Drurulez: 12:20pm On Nov 04, 2020

Please, Ladies and Gentlemen.

We need to be decisive on our actions otherwise the HO Corn will not even bulge. I won't be surprised if one of them is on nairaland here reading all the comments.

I think we need to go am out for them on all Social Media Platforms just like Thrive Agric.

I have seen someone on twitter @ravishingbeau. calling them out and tagging everyone that matters. Let's re echo our voices.

I gonna make out time next week to be at their office.
My blood Dey boil, imagine after several calls to them they were telling me they are paying people daily and when I asked how are they selecting those they are paying they said randomly my head almost exploded, is this a raffle draw So I askEd is there a mechanism for the random selection or someone just sit in from his computer and doing mini mini miny mo to select who gets paid the later seem to be the case, after screaming at the guy on the phone he said they are working a payment Schedule and they will share in 24hrs that was on Tuesday, it’s Saturday today still nothing!
So I wanna take a step further beyond twitting and reposting to calling them out to visit them in their office , becos Frankly speaking I am of the opinion they aren’t taking us serious and won’t be Surprised it by Dec 30th they come with another excuse and move payment to June 2021 again.

I am 100% sure they ain't paying any one. Else, why should it be difficult to share list of the so called random people. Their response to my email and other people who called them.

Re: H.o Corn  by shoboy9: 9:28pm On Nov 10, 2020
With the situation of thriveagric investors, more agritech coys will be tempted to default on payments. Consider raising #200M in funds and you only have to payback piecemeal, maybe 1M a month for 6months!. That will generate a lot of profit on its own. Unless the is a deterrent. Jail is one, but a better one for investors is fines and increased rates. With banks, defaulting on payment has harsh penalties. But they actually structured there T&Cs to favour them in case of a possibility like this. So I think we should start on the first two options - SM and debt recovery firms. The third would be to get a legal opinion. If it must go to court, it has to be for serious claims.
