Please i just noticed ringing in my right ear and googled about it. saw some scary stuffs and wanted to know if there's anyone here who has cured his/her tinnitis or limit its effect Please i need help asap...this stuff is making me go crazy.

How is the noise . hissing low pitch or high pitch noise ?

i have a low pitch hissing sound too but i have accepted my faith. i think what caused mine was the use of ear pie caused by loud music

Seen a doctor?
How did you sleep at night? this is the most troubling part for me.

As a student am just wondering how i will concentrate in school come January with this problem.
I have an appointment with a doctor soon. I feel ear wax build up is the cause.

Well i no longer bothered about it and i am fine. Nothing doctor can do about it if it caused by a noise induced tinitus. do you reside where there is noise and do u listen to high music via your head phone ? Mine started in Aug 1 , 2017 ..

Noise not really. I only have a woman who has grinding engine and the noise is always at the background cuz its like two blocks away from my house and am always indoor. Music: for the past five months i haven't fixed an ear phone in my ear but listen to high music at the background.
well whatever the outcome on thursday i'll still live my life buh am positive i'll get a solution.

Bros go to the hospital and get properly checked. Noise in the ear can be a symptom of a numbe of conditions, both infective an non-infective. The ear is a sensitive organ, delay could be dangerous

It's still there but i have learnt to ignore it. wasn't easy doe Ps:the sound reduced too I reduce my use of earpiece

It hasn’t but i learnt to stop thinking about it anymore.
Go out more often and stay around friends. Reduce your use of earphones or staying in loud areas. If you’re the clubbing type please reduce or stop it entirely ...you will be fine
