Hi �, Admin, I want an honest advice on this..
.
Am 24yrs old, and I have a very small stature SMALL & THIN, yes � it was inherit from my father… but most time, this bothers me alot atimes, so I just felt and wish I can add small weight naturally if possible…

BUT I DONT WANT TO USE DRUGS OR ANYTHING THAT WILL HAVE REPERCUSSIONS, I want something natural either by some certain foods or anything.. i have tried all kinds of food but it just didn't work for me, lately som1 told me to consume dishes like sharwama and take good drinks, I try sharwama everyday with a peak yoghut (200 own) almost everyday this month and october, but I didn't see any significant changes/growth..

So I was hoping u could offer me advice… (LATELY AM THINKING � ABOUT GYMING)

Will gyming helps me in adding weight ?? What does gymning does exactly, bcaus me I felt that people actually use it to build muscle �, so I want to know if gyming can do more than that…

I have a very small stature, if I do a reguraly gyming will it help me add weight and have a good body sharehuh

Consume more proteins like beans, sharwarma and give yourself ample time before you begin to judge a process as not working.

That's where many people get it wrong. Gyming goes in hand with protein consumption. Cause Gyming is to help bind muscles, concert protein into bigger body mass and if one isn't eating proteins in bulk, then the exercise is incomplete. It goes hand in hand with bulk protein consumption. Mark the word. Bulk

Let's assume.. I eat protein well, like egg, beans, chicken and sharwama… infact let me be specific like…. If I am taking sharwama everyday with a reach proteinous drink like holandia yoghut then GYMING Everyday aswell… will I see a better resulthuh
