Hello everyone, Pls I need advice on what to do about my certificate/documents which have been with different date of birth It stated in primary school when I wanted to fill a form. I was actually born on 13th of May, but 10th of May was mistakenly filled for me or by me.. Since then I have been using 10th of May as my date of birth on school documents, in fact, my degree certificate has 10th as well as my bank account and BVN. Just recently when I registered for LASTRA, I registered 13th of May again instead of following the previous error of 10th that has been coming from pry school. Now I'm confused because I want to fill a form which requires LASTRA. I don't know which date of birth to fill as LASTRA has a date different from the one on my certificates.... Note: I've been celebrating my birthday on 13th. Pls I need help!! Thanks |

Fill d form with usual 10th May and swear affidavit for d LASRRA. 1 Like |
