Aper Aku did mighty great works, he is Tiv. Akume didnt do badly, gave the medical college, opened up Judge's Quarters and Terwase Agbadu areas, delivered up to 70% of the work in teaching hospital, opened up Achusa axis, constructed alot of streets in town and rehabilitated roads, refurbished Aper Aku stadium, opened up industrial layout, electrified many rural communities (though Suswam did more in this regard including the construction of rural roads).

I had to mention these things because you said the Tivs have done nothing in terms of governance in the state. Notwithstanding, there's a lot more they could have achieved.

Now, the reason I don't subscribe to the idea of Idomas bashing Tivs for refusing to relinquish power to them is because they're doing to us, Igedes, exactly what they complain the Tivs are doing to them!

From the begining of time to this day, ALL senators and ministers representing Zone C, comprising all the Idoma and Igede LGAs have been Idomas! This makes it super hypocritical for them to complain about the conduct of Tivs as regards politics and power.

This is the reason I've always stood against the idea of Apa state as canvassed by Mark. We'd end up being treated the same way Tivs are treating everyone else in the state.

Your explanation is the more reason you need change your moniker from Omenka to Igede or okwoche andd not Omenka. Omenka is an igbo acroymn.

You are confusing others with the Omenka of a moniker. Change it.

Give me one instance of the division. I know the state is dominated by Anglican and Catholic..

But all are geared towards serving God.

There's almost nothing I could point to. But the thread isn't about development. Like I said in my initial response to you, I mentioned those cases because you said the Tiv man has not brought any meaningful development to the state. I simply wanted to correct that impression by stating a few things that have been achieved.

The thread is about "power tussle", and my post highlights what is happening in the state as regards power tussle between the three major ethnic groups.

Very stupid comment, but not unexpected. I wonder what gives you the impression Omenka is an exclusive Igbo name or was first used by Igbos.

Omenka is my name, not just a moniker. Get that into your thick head.

By the way, it is a NAME and not an ACRONYM even to Igbos. I dont suppose an illiterate like you know what a "acronym" means. Smh.

Omenka as a name is exclusive to Igbos and Igbos alone. I associated the name with acronymn just to show the gravity in which the name is used. I am fully aware it is someone's name and people do answer but explaining it to a total stranger like you I have to put it in lighter notes for proper understanding.

The explanation above is the reason I used such term.

As for the name everything about it is Igbo and it is exclusively an Igbo name. It will be more honourable you tell us you picked or adopted the name maybe in relation to your profession but telling us here that it is your name is a total hogwash and blatant lie.

Tour the path of honour and change the name to something else and leave igbo names for ndigbo.. Period.

So what do we do to make an igede man be a governor of benue state because I am not being particular whether the person is idoma or igede but I want someone from zone c to rule benue state

True but the issue in abia is very foolish...i just don't understand the tussle between ngwa and others.. back in secondary school days. ..it was always a heated argument between which of the two groups are better and these issues influence elections as well...
Ngwas voted in okezie for a second tenure not because he's better than Alex but just coz he's ngwa...
Imagine Alex also has roots in ngwaland but people ignored him due to sentiment...these are issues plaguing Nigeria .... divisions and hate everywhere

I heard ngwa people eat human being

Then they borrowed it from igbos.
Why is it hard for him to give honour to whom honour is due.
Simple reply , he is fuming up and down because everything igbo irritates him.
They borrowed the name not that it is theirs.

In enugu state it between the nsukka zone and nkanu zone.

Population wise nsukka has more population but in terms of political might nkanu zone has more power

Nothing like this in abuja

even abuja sen district is controlled by pdp

You lie alot
I was talking about kuje area council chairmanship .
Aduda(pdp)has been doing well as a senator so no point changing him.
in 2016 APC won all the local govt district and that was when pdp was effing up.
in 2019 after APC effed up we still did the needful in most area council PDP almost took them all except for AMAC and bwari.
apc Aint doing badly in AMAC either.
so how did I lie?

Abuja will definitely fare better cos its the seat of power and I guess the owners of the land are not very active in politics...
well we've been sidelined politically to a certain extent like only having one senator as rep and no minister nor mayor even if the constitution gives room for an indegenous minister and a mayor.
but I do tell my people to still keep calm and appreciate what we have and at the same time push for what we deserve.
since 2014 my peoples participation in politics has been on an increament..
I just hope it would take a positive step in the nearest future..

As long as our population is nowhere comparable to the Tivs and the Idomas, it would be near impossible at this point, except power rotation becomes part of the constitution.
