This is what I’ve been saying. Move the ball quicker to the opposition half. But ceballos and Xhaka will rather play sideway passes while the former will be rotating like barber chair. Without AMs we created chances. We were just poor with our finishing. I don’t want to see Xhaka in that midfield ever again!!!

To me everybody played well except lacazette. Geez, when last have we had a midfield like this that bossed opposition midfield like man u comprising of 2 good workaholics (mctom and Fred) and two creative midfielders (pogba and Bruno). Yet we held our own with that midfield. I'm so ecstatic mehn!!!

No need to argue its obvious who's better between the duos.

One word. Gabriel. Partey, enough said. Special mention to Mo Elneny for the work rate he put in. Certainly he and Partey have some serious engines such that even at the tail end Elneny was still pressing high up pushing manu back to their own goal. Like someone said, we have really suffered from poor defenders for so long. Can't wait to see Pablo Mari back in that defense line albeit he is left footed too.
