delishpot:
What is there not to dismiss outrightly when you hear that a man embalmed for almost a year and hurried for 3 weeks abi months is still breathing?

That his corpse did not decay meanwhile you see people covering their noses in that video. What is there to say you can not dismiss it outright?
What flicker of hope is there for you that he actually was breathing?

Nigerians ehn.... God will one day help us reason and act like one of those races he put his direct breath in. Like the one of those who ate the fruit of knowledge in that garden who God out of fear said they have become wise and are like us. Nothing they set their hearts upon that they can not achieve let's chase them out befire they eate the fruit of eternity and contest office with us the gods. Clearly Nigerians did not partake of that fruit.
I see... So your issue is that I did not dismiss it outrightly, even though I also said I don't believe it outrightly.

crackhaus:
I can't dismiss it outrightly, yet at the same time I can't believe it outrightly.
Well my own issue is, why should what I choose to dismiss or believe even be a conversation between us? cheesy

-Exactly.

-If he is indeed still breathing, he may well be in natural coma.

-Comas can last from a day to several weeks. In some but very rare cases, a coma may last as long as several years, after which the patient gradually wakes but may immediately progress into a vegetative state, or die soon after.
I don't believe this how can someone survive and air tight container covered in 6ft wit sand (buried for that matter) for a year make we try fear God

My question is, why is the coffin still fresh after 1 year being that termites don't take time in consuming wood not to talk of leaving it fresh for a year.

digressing if this incident is otherwise true, in saner climes scientist would be conducting examination on the body for a potential discovery since this has never occurred before but it seems what all our professors and expert know is extorting money from students wearing insane glasses.

I know this ones would say na God handwork.
You are talking asif you are not a Nigeria. Do you think the community will release their kinsmen body for any form of research if at all some nigerian professor or even foreign researchers are willing to do any form of examination. That's why we are not really progressing in Africa

While I agree on what you said, I am still studying how he was able to breath Oxygen in the ground for that long.

So even the casket still intact?
This is the only sensible comment I've seen. His coffin should've been degraded after a year in the ground. This is just rubbish news

He was buried a few weeks back. So the coffin is sti intact. He died almost a year ago but was kept in a mortuary. His funeral was only a few weeks ago.

Rush him to hospital to do what? Even during coma, after a year without nutrients, survival is impossible. This is rubbish news

Most likely an evil man
This happens also in rumuekpe, emohua LGA...the person remains intact like the day he was buried( not breathing though), until land is appeased and they will be thrown inside forest...
You obviously allowed school to negatively affect your education.

The report claimed he died November 20 and burried October 8 same year.
What happened that led to his corpse being exhumed after one year of haphazard chronological arrangements of events?
It is just Nollywood.....

No food for one year. Let's not talk of oxygen.
