Hi everyone I want to know if I download win10 iso file from windows website will I pay any money before installing it?. I see the file is 6gb but am just scared if I download may be they might tell me to unlock before use.

The file from windows website is a preview version. if you go ahead and download, it will request for activation after 90 days.
You can purchase original windows 10 cd from an authorized vendor with activation key for 1 user at an affordable rate of nothing less than 30k or get a pirated copy from local vendor at cheap rate but be mindful of the risk attached with pirated version.

I have created one but the system I wanna install it useses emmc disk
And also uses GPT pertition schemes and not MBR pertition schemes.
The one I created useses MBR I have tried to convert no success I have even tried to change pertition table no success

Does it only display just activate windows at the right bottom side after 90 days without activation. like those pirated cd

Or do dey block system totally from performing any action after the 90days is completed?

try using rufus bootable iso software.
