The senators representing you at the senate,
Before you jump to the Federal government.

This is how things are done in a sane countries.
The Federal government allocate money for 85% of these kinda projects to your state government already.....every month,
But since your Governors know you will never come meet them for all the misery happening in your backyard,
but it is Buhari Buhari that is in Abuja you will be blaming, then they loot away your future codedly.
Until you guys become wise and behave like civilized people, this is the way your environment and life will continue to be for the next 100 years.

Last I checked, Rivers lie in a flood plain.

And with climate change and all of them sorts, you know ice melting away in the northern hemisphere. Sea levels are rising.

With poor planning, zero drainage, Nigerian coastal towns and cities should brace up.
