Supreme Court ordered a return to the trial court and not that they awarded the land to anyone.

Hoodlums?

The real hoodlum is a man that thinks that because he has money, he can forcefully take over another man's land even when Supreme Court has asked the parties to go back to the trial court and restart the case as the loss of records of proceedings at the lower court vitiated the case and any judgment made on it. Even an Anambra State government white paper released has clarified the position of the supreme court but no, the money bag thinks that he can always have his way
