These NDLA guys are criminals ooo


I was in a Tricycle with a friend and they stopped us and from behind us one of them brought out a small pepper with weed in it from his pocket and asked us who threw it out from our tricycle and ordered all of us to come down.

They wanted to arrest but we were sure it wasn't dropped from our tricycle and argued with them till they let us go.

Not again!
