If the COVID 19 death is inflated as you said, why are there over 280,000 additional deaths in the US this year compared with previous years? oh, maybe people just decided this is the year they want to die of cancer or some other death? COVID 19 caused those additional deaths. You cannot just give a number of deaths, there must be a body to be recorded to confirm there is death. Well I saw a report about a guy who died from a motor bike accident added to covid 19 death. Please lets not act like the who 200k death is from covid. Infact go check the statistics, more people die from the flu yearly.

I don't think Biden is winning Texas

Think about popular vote as what obtains here in Nigeria. In other words, the difference between the votes garnered is what determines the winner. That is not applicable in the USA. In the US, states have points allocated to them. For example, Florida has 29 points.

So, if Trump wins Florida, he has +29. Same for other states. As a mathematical rule, the first candidate to reach 270 points win. You can read up on the Electoral College system.

It's not points allocated per say.
The electoral college is made of 538 electors. These are people selected by each state to vote for the president on behalf of the people in that state.

Florida like you mentioned has 29 electors because it has 27 congressmen and 2 senators making a total of 29. California has 55 (53 congressmen and 2 senators) as it has more representatives in Congress because it's more populated than Florida.
But a state like Montana has 3 because it's sparsely populated and hence has less representatives.

To win presidency you must win more than half of the total 538 which is 270.
That's why Hillary lost. She got millions of votes more than trump but couldn't win half the electoral college.
