Biden can win Pennsylvania. Only 64% of the votes counted so far and I heard there are about 2 million mail-in votes yet to be counted for that state. Do the maths, Trump is leading Biden by 600k votes, and those mail-in votes are mostly Democrats. May be it is the 'blue wave" state that people have been talking about, not to forget that Biden was born in that state.
