Hello house, please I received my evaluation from WES recently, I noticed that the year my degree was awarded is 2016 instead of 2015, I then decided to check all forms I filled , even the application I sent to my school, and it's 2015 I wrote. I sent a mail to WES, though they ve not replied. Will this error have a negative impact if left unresolved now or in the near future.

I have the same issue. On my ECA the year stated is 2016 whereas I graduated in 2019 because I had some courses I deferred. I hope it would not affect my EE application in the future..

I couldn't have said this better. After LadyMarshall, things just seemed to go downhill. So much anger and sarcasm on here. How are people going to learn if they are scared to ask questions??
As in, while I understand that some questions have been answered on Page 1 and can be quite frustrating seeing them being asked. But some questions are valid, before you say jack, someone would have responded in a sarcastic tone. That's why most are requesting for whatsapp and telegram forum. And if they move on to the groups, the thread will be dead.

Sis, I quite agree with your submission in bold. There's really no need generalising that NYSC can't be used because some individuals failed to tie up some loose ends in their reference letters.

And regarding the pharmacist, he/she has self to blame. It's indeed possible to have another job as a corper (sic) pharmacist. That salary of 60,000 flagged as being too low must have been because that job was a locum job but as it seems, there was no explanation to that effect. It's indeed possible to close from your PPA and dash to another pharmacy as a locum pharm. It all depends on the time agreed with the owner. In fact, there are different scenarios that can play out as a pharmacist as regards job but as I said earlier, the bulk of the blame (if not all sef) still goes to the applicant for not tidying up things with detailed LOE. This, I think, is a pure case of carelessness as it's a familiar terrain for me.
Yeah, some pharmacist on a forum I belonged to mentioned something in line with this. Another said you can work two jobs with the same licence in Nigeria. I do not have anything to say about that. But it's obvious that both experiences can't be claimed as full time experience. One has to be part time if at all it has to be claimed. But this person was trying to have it all. The fellow was trying to package the application and ended up being packaged, you know these VOs know of the program being a mandatory programme so they may have a hard time grasping how he or she was working two jobs simultaneously. He or she trying to get point for 3 years without knowing that honesty is key. You can't have it all, the person should have forfeited NYSC experience and used a more recent job. There is a no mention of a recent years of experience. Not sure the person has any either because if there was, it would have been included.

I don’t know much about PNP but you need to present the facts clearly .
- Your CRS is 450 as at 29th October 2020
- You are expecting ITA from SINP?
Did you apply specifically on their website (I think it is called EOI) and receive nomination thereby taking your scores up to 1000 +?
If yes, the draw on 28th October didn’t happen so no one has received an ITA yet.

As at last year November I applied my CRS been 450 so why am I just getting the update.Yes expecting ITA from Sinp as the the last draw was 68 and I applied to their website .Thank you

Meeting the MEC just means you are eligible for the FSW program. Draws are based on CRS score and yours is not high enough to get an ITA based on current score trend.

For the SINP I'm assuming you created an EOI on their website, although you may not have received an invitation maybe due to your NOC not targeted or you did not meet other requirements (sometimes they have additional requirements for certain scores like length of work experience)

Also, do check that your SINP has not exceeded one year. Hope this helps
..

Thanks lot .I thought I have been eligible since last year I created the profile ,why are they just telling me now.Got n understand your other explanations

And you know this how?
Please let the authorities do their jobs, it's not your place to give unconfirmed speculations.

With all the shalaye and sorosoke that I have done since yesterday that those GCMS notes resurfaced again, I hope I have been able to convince you that on the PR journey, honesty is key and you can use any valid work experience under NOC A, B or 0.

That being said, this thread used to be about people sharing PPR gist, IELTS tips, and all. All that is beginning to go into oblivion and being replaced by sarcasm and wrong advise. Please let's return to the status quo. If you have recently receive PPR , please give us your detailed gist, someone may be able to learn or two things from it. If you recently maxed IELTS, give tips, it may be useful to another person. Please, let us make this thread beautiful again so our ancestors can visit and be proud of what we have made of the thread. Back in the day, the help you get from the thread was overwhelming and very pleasing. Please let's make it work again, let someone reference your name for something good just like I had a lot of names to mention in one of my posts. Thank you.

You are good to get married post AOR. In fact it is highly recommended. Do note however that this could attract more scrutiny but as long as your case is a genuine one, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. Congrats in advance

Will this affect the POF?

All you need is one year of continuous work and it must be paid. That's all.
Thanks for replying, this was really helpful. I need more clarity please. I intend using the work experience I had during my final year. My programme was full time and the job was also full time. I hope this wouldn't be a problem? It was a one year continuous work experience.

If you want to communicate do so In a universal language otherwise let it be. My submission was meant to encourage everyone of us to continue to play by the rules. Gift deed is a genuine means of meetin the POF requirements but if there is a substantial reason for immigration authorities to begin to suspect some level of misrepresentation in the use of gift deeds as POF they can decide to get more stringent on applications from here (Nigeria) which will make it more difficult for a good number of us . Aside from 9/11, one of the reasons the US immigration system got harsher towards Nigerians compared to Kenyans and south Africans was due to the high number of overstay and status change they recorded over a period of time. My word here is not law and only a contribution.

The point is stating it out there as fact can be detrimental to everyone. Even when they mention those fraudulent talks here, they are immediately frowned at and they call the moderator's attention. Your post is there as a fact that a VO can read and boom, it starts affecting everyone including you. You get the drift? And if you don't, do not bother to respond. To each their own.

Hello,

Please has anyone here used the barter by flutter wave app to pay for UK PCC? Its showing that it works on selected sites, mostly e-commerce but I noticed people use it for WES and visa fees. I don't want to use my dollar card because my POF is there and i just don't want to touch it or have t transfer more money in if there is an easier alternative.

I would appreciate a response. Thank you.
