To Understand US Electoral Vote System, You Must Understand Igbo Tradition by Nobody: 7:35pm On Nov 04, 2020
Because American founding fathers reason like Igbo people, perhaps copied it from Igbos according to a US historian below. Igbos don't play with FAIRNESS, EQUITY AND JUSTICE. The republicanism found in their tradition was borne out of upholding these sacred principles.

True representation is based on electoral (block or clan) vote not popular votes or numbers. In Igbo tradition, clans and villages receive voting block based on the size of the clan or village. For example, Umunachi has 5000 people, they get 5 block vote, Owelle has 2000 people, gets 2 block vote, Awka has 100,000 gets 100 block of vote, e.t.c. Why did Igbo ancestors do this? They did this because they don't want Awka to dominate or have more influence over other small villages or clan on the map. So that when Awka is trying to dominate Umunachi, Owelle and the rest of other smaller clans and villages, those smaller clans and villages will gang up or combine their votes to get over Awka's big 100 block vote to keep Awka in line or in check.

That's exactly what US founding fathers did to make sure the whole country is carried along. So that Texas, New York, California and Florida will not dominate or influence decisions over the smaller states. Had Nigerian founding fathers known about this or wanted fairness, they would have done this so that North will not be dominating the south with their numbers.

Common sense!

Use your head. They are talking about a current system learning from older systems, and re-adapting what is learned to their local circumstances.

That is how the world works, not by ''oyibo magic''.

It is obvious that ancient Igbo men were excellent philosophers which is evident in their complexity and use of proverbs

This is not shocking or improbable.

In fact a direct connection is likelier than most of us dare imagine.

A little-known truth is that a large element of the founding fathers of the US were BLACKS, ie WEST AFRICANS. Igbo descendants were a large contingent.

Here is Fox News - an unlikely source - exposing the truth:

Even till this moment, the world is yet to understand the deadly nature of authority and organized military.

Ancient igboland had no centralized government, no military and nothing like authority.

Look at the world with it's central governments and military. Look at how politicians are ruthlessly fighting to get appointments in capitals like abuja, London, washington etc, Look at how politicians use the military to oppress the people.

The igbos were far ahead of their time.

My brother, I once spoke about ancient igbo customs and traditions in a seminar and the first question a foreigner asked me was "are the Igbos a forgotten civilization in Europe?"

Do you know that ancient Ndigbo were one of the few or only group to allow SAME SEX marriage which was abolished by the missionaries.
Now America allowing same sex marriage see it as a hallmark of their civilization not knowing that a particular African ethnicity allowed it before the invasion of their customs and traditions by the missionaries

Do you know that the basic/main requirement of marrying a second wife in ancient Igbo customs is building a house for the second wife and providing her a farmland.
If you can't meet those requirements, you won't be allowed to take a second wife

Do you know that in ancient Igbo customs, a man in whose house a meeting is held presides over it. Nothing like hereditary privileges and title, you earn them.
In decisions making an ụmụnna have 1 vote irrespective of how many people make up that particular ụmụnna and you know that in a community there will be more than 10 ụmụnna
