Still very possible if it is imported that is still highly demanded because of the drop in price... However, 300bags still preferable or 200bags for instant payment after offloading.

This your price not possible unless you want to buy looting rice, I know one custom officer that approached me last week in ibadan that he can supply me at rate of 19k, I declined the offer because I knew it could be either looting or the one they seized

When you have seen it why not get the contact from where you have seen it or let them link you up to those who are selling it. If you want get it at the price, you will go there by yourself and bring it after settle the custom on the road. Those who bring it from boader are selling it to bodija market at rate of 23k5 or 24k and which I know by myself

However, the price you quote at 23k5 or 24k is actually wrong as at yesterday... 23k is actually the market price that they sell last... So supplying price of imported is actually 21k5 or 22k at worst. Get your fact right. I know these because I also have a local rice inside the market which due to the low quality made me to be there for sometimes now and still frequent there.
