Nonsense, don't come to work. We don't even need the services of the police and other security agencies in Nigeria. They are redundant!

We will pray and God will dispatch more Angels to secure lives and property in Nigeria. These Angels, in addition to the ones President Donald Trump wooed in vain to help him win the election, are enough to secure our lives and property. So the police can strike for all I care..

May God help Nigeria.

Very well said, it is as simple as this. I pray we have a sane country why simple things as this will be done without the need for protest and violence.
God continue to bless Nigeria
I heard in a radio program, that in America, when police "fine" motorists, or give them ticket for offences and stuff, all those "Fines" money is part of what funds the police force. They said that American government funding is not enough to run the force, and each police is state funded.

Na im the radio guy now stated that if we try that here in Nigeria, we no go see part 2 of Lastma Power. If you sneeze sef, ticket don land you hand.

This is why I support the IGPs move to withdraw police excort from VIPs. Everyone should feel the heat. I strongly support the police in this. Everyone has a right to life. Both police and citizens.

Na the rain when 9ja police draw for years nai de fall so
Since they left the roads ,motorists can now see the money they work at the end of each day , the one that pains me is the amount of seriousness they exhibit when demanding for 100 naira ,,,,as if na you work am give d driver .

I support the police on this.

Let them protest until the demands of #Endsars are met.

It is for their good and the good of the masses.

A happy policeman cannot be a danger to the community he serves in.

Part of the demands of the protesters was that the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) should be disbanded. The IG in response announced the dissolution of the unit and replaced it with Special Weapon and Tactics Team (SWAT). “It is a lie that they have been disbanded. They were only posted to other sections where they were debriefed.

You really don't give that your post enough credit. You actually commended them for their tribalistic comments. That makes you as tribalistic and as bigoted as them too.

Secondly, "users you don't like" does not come up here. You just decided to write that I don't like them. I didn't say so.

However you already know that the truly patriotic Nigerians will not appreciate bigots.

Where I come from, "keep it up" can be a blessing or a curse.

So, I say to you, keep it up. Your true motives will determine which of them it will be for you.

My brother, I am not aware of their alleged tribalistic posts.. I only commended them for their patriotic efforts, and that's all. If you have issues with them, try to sort it out.

Also, I am sure tribalism is an offense here. If they were tribalistic, like you said, I am sure the mods would have banned them by now.. That's their duty.. Not mine..

God bless us all.

Why are this people punishing the masses, does it even make sense for police to strike

Are they not humans to be treated? or will you pay their family or their own medical bills when they are ill, or feed them when they have nothing to eat. You all complained about the protest but one of the demands was the welfare of the police but nobody sided the protesters.

How can the people warm up to the police that is rather like a curse on them. All the police think off is extortion and intimidation. Communities without police are even more peaceful these days.
