Good day and happy Sunday to you. Please I want to know what makes someone to have a constant body temperature, not too hot though but whenever I touch my body it is mostly hot, and I don't have any fever of such, but what I notice is that at times I do have a slight headache. The temperature has been going on now for close to three months.

This could be due to lack of sleep or stress.
Since the temperature is not too hot as you said, then it's normal. Our body temperature supposed to be warm not cold.

To prevent the slight headache: reduce your stress level, sleep on time and eat on time. The food aspects is very important, always eat on time (balanced meal).

Then try as much as possible to be taking scent leave and bitter leave juice twice a week.

This mixture is an effective antipyretic substance that reduces fever and cures malaria.

Please what is the cure for keloids?

There are some remedies that work for keloids.
Keloids caused by insects or bacteria spreads a lots, with that you will have to see your dermatologist.

But keloids caused by irritations, scars, acne, allergies é.t.c can be cure by home remedies.

1. You can blend some cloves of onion and garlic together to form a paste and apply on the keloids for like an hour before washing. After that apply moisturizer. Do this every day. If it irritates discontinue.

The mixture can stop fibroblasts- the cells that produce the scar tissue from entering the skin.

2. You can also get 3 to 4 aspirins, crush them together and mix with water to form a paste. Apply it on the keloids.

Aspirin prevents scar promoting cells.

What causes back pimple

Reactions to cream or some other products on the body, allergies to food and lifestyle.

Watch what you eat and observe what you react to. Also, cut down on fat and oil.
