I don't think Brandonx is completely wrong here. There's absolutely no excuse for domestic violence but one cannot predict another person's reaction. While the man should be convicted for assault, it's also important to know what the woman did for him to react that way, to prevent a reoccurrence with a different party. You can't always expect someone to ignore you and walk away when you misbehave. It's a two-way thing. If you do not want to be assaulted, refrain from getting on people's nerves. So yeah, the man is a beast but the woman had to learn her lesson the hard way (if she actually did something wrong). Please let's not be one-sided in judging a matter, it'll lead to more problems.

You are not coherent enough to pass an understandable message about this. Quit being emotional and just reason. If someone tries to get you pissed all the time and you do not react negatively, does that make their actions right? Does that mean they should do it to somebody else? This is exactly the point I'm making, not everyone would react like you, not everyone would peacefully walk away from a situation that threatens their temper. That's why it's advisable not to piss people off by all means because you don't know people. This isn't the same as justifying a violent reaction. I'm not a beast and I do not condone violence in any form. If only you could get your mind off the gender-based argument, you would understand.
