And people are suppose to take advice from you ?

You that cannot even admit in a faceless forum that you have lost money before when you were actively promoting MMM on Nairaland ?

We would rather take advice from someone that is NOT ASHAMED to tell us that he has lost money before.

Then we would know that at least he cares and he is speaking from experience.

You and Jabolo (TheOutsider) are such fake people that only a fool would take your words seriously

You are a Bloody Liar and should not be taken seriously.

There are some investors who will rather have their money now than wait for two more months to ask for it.

You guys truly believe MBA forex is genuine and have not been deceiving others here.

Kindly offer to buy off their accounts (I.e increase your investment in MBA forex)

Watch as the hypocrites turn down such a good offer to invest more in their beloved MBA forex

To God be the glory!!! My mum has been paid her 4th ROI for the month of November yesterday night. Due date is 4th, Eliozu Branch.

She also called to ask if MBA now pays from a private account since the payment narration indicated that one Maxwell Odum Chiz paid her from GTBank account and not the usual MBA.

I had to explain to her the ongoing migration and the payment received was from the CEO's account.

I have not received mine yet which is also due for the 4th of November, same Eliozu Branch, but I am certain I will be paid.

Once paid I will come back to testify.

My people NO CAUSE FOR ALARM.

Even the CEO is also assisting so the backlog can be cleared.

GOD NO GO SHAME US.

GOD BLESS MBA!!!

This was a strange occurrence for the CEO to pay from investors from his own personal account. Did your mum have contract with the CEO or MBA? Even if he had to use his money it should have been routed through any if the MBA bank accounts. Is it that all the MBA accounts have been frozen?

According to MBA forex you're termination of your investment is not allowed within this year (until 2 months), so the fake Dr from Arlington sending you termination form, I just laugh at his case
MBA telling investors that you can't withdraw your investment until after 2 months is bullshit. It is a tactic to delay lessen the impact of liquidity. Where is that written in the Contract? I am already filing a suit along with others to get my Capital back. They will continue to oay me due ROI until my Capital is refunded.

MBA never stated that it will take 2months to get your capital back, they only said during the process of completing the merger, refunds might take up to 2months.

Please refer to the bolded.

It is all part of the game. On the 6th I tried to terminate my investment which expired on Nov 4th at the Lekki branch they told me it would take 3 weeks for me to be refunded. But the most annoying is that they would not start processing the termination until I produce the bank statement showing the last ROI,. Yet they have refused to pay the last ROI and no one could tell when the payment would come. I won't fold my arms and MBA would use various tactics to delay payments. I verily believe that the CEO will bail out, hence the deal with WCEP who incidentally deals in obtaining second citizenship. Everyone has to decide what is the best step to take. I am in PH now and will go terminate my investment at the Eliozu office on Monday though the contract expires in January. If I choose to terminate earlier, the clause 10 of the Contract expects me to give 30 days notice after which I will not be entitled to ROI. My 10th ROI was due Nov 9th and I know I am not getting payment any sooner.

Y'all take a chill pill and reason with your heads for once.....Even if MBA is a Ponzi scheme, do you honestly feel that the inflow of cash suddenly dropped to the extent that they can't pay anymore? Before this issue came up, did you at anytime go to any of their offices? Did you witness the crowd of people opening new accounts and topping up/rolling over? For a ponzi to run out of funds, the inflow gats de Lower than the outflow, that's not the Case for MBA, i personally know quite a few number of new heavy investors in the months of September and October, so just chill.....going to their offices to complain wouldn't do you any good.....MBA isn't going anywhere.... atleast for now!

thanks my friend, I keep saying it MBA is divine and the are going nowhere. The only issue with these naysayers is that the person that wants to invest and read their trash will be discouraged from doing so but later in the year still seeing mba going stronger then they will be saying had I known.

Guys chill MBA is still there with a problem. I don't know how you will George it but the fact is they are facing a huge problem which led to the merging and perhaps may lead to hundred percent online investment after the merging
Banks are closing corporate account with MBA almost all banks. More reason why the delay in payment cos banks helps MBA to pay RIO so Maxwell is paying from his own account manually with manual instructions and it's stressful more like having plenty transfer form and start transferring funds. What leads to closing of account is the central bank demand a requirement from MBA I can't place the requirements but stay tuned I will find out and relate with you. and the given time has elapsed so any bank found operation a corporate account with MBA will be fined so banks have started dumping to save their head. The Demand required central bank to be in control of fund I presume but that kind of demand is no good for a business man. so guys thats the fact from the men on the inside if your want to terminate who you ep....go and terminate joor the rich are not suppose to be plenty self we don't need children here

You have even recovered your capital and you're talking about terminating. I would say you dont worry yourself and wait and see how it all plays out. I think the people that should be worried are those that just joined. I'm not telling you what to do but just calm down . The feeling can be a crazy one. Be calm.

This tactics is using now you won’t know when they will come and pack all their belonging. He is not even telling his staff truth becos some of his staff invested.when he stopped paying the staff you won’t see anybody in the office.Guys the right time to act is now, because he has breached the agreement in the mou.You can get this guy only by writing to efcc to look for him before he runs out of the country.lets makes move before this guy runs with our huge capital

I suspect Nigerian demons at the top are attacking MBA. Anything that favors the common man is either an abomination or terrorist organization hence the migration abroad. Its possible MBA account is frozen or limited, reason BARA changed account number to agricultural bruhaha. This will end up migrating everyone to online investor completely and transacting with btc. Nothing works here

Hmmn.. MBA is really under spiritual and physical attack. Unproven and senseless evil assumptions by miscreants on this thread attests to that. We shall overcome.

I noticed that the first time you commented on this thread was on the 5th of November, barely a week. It is either you are not an investor or your investment is insignificant. You will come and open mouth Waa like ambulance. Mba is still paying even instantly for those on the online platform.

Anyways, I am here to tell you that you don't need a group to finance or source a lawyer. You can do it on your own. Take your MOU and your lawyer and go start your law suit. Ensure the cost of getting your lawyer does not cost you more than your investment with MBA (if at all you invested).

For us that we are being paid our ROI (virtually every true investor) , we will be waiting for you to terminate your contract with MBA. Cheers
