I beg to differ, look in the mirror the southern people in Nigeria are the most selfish. When you meet a Hausa/Fulani person and you ask the person where they are from the first thing they will tell you is that they are from the North never first mentioning their state. Ask a person from the South the same question, first thing out of their mouth is their state. Northern people are all in solidarity. Igbo hates Yoruba, Yoruba hates Igbo, then add in those Ijaws, along with whatever small tribes still remaining.

Which States in the US handles their resources? & what resources are you referring to?, why compare Nigeria with another country that has its own laws? America encourages homosexuality, must we copy their system action for action, States in Nigeria control their resources.

Human capital is a resource & actually the most important, IT is also a resource, not just natural resources, how many of the top 10 American billionaires are natural resource wealthy, the way you keep shouting Texas as if oil magnate Thomas Boone Pickens was ever amongst the richest men in the US?

No one has stopped the states in Nigeria from harnessing anything, only lazy people find an excuse for their failure. Who controls the oil & gas resource in Saudi Arabia & other OPEC countries, individuals or the state?

Who controls the natural resources in Russia, Putin or Individuals? Please when next you choose to give an example, take a look at the 2 sides of your point critically, before you conclude as if the US is the only country that can be used as a yardstick in the industrialized world that produces oil & gas.

You are highly uninformed and get frustrated whenever the true state of the situation is mentioned. You asked me which States in the US manage their resources? You are highly unexposed and highly frustrated because you are a thief of Niger Delta oil. I don't need to lecture you about Federalism being practiced in US .You brought the issue of an oil magnate not being the richest in US , what has that got to do with States managing her resources according to laws that created the federation of States. I know there are States in the US that make more money in Tourism and Aviation than Nigeria makes from oil when oil sells above $130 / barrel, but that is not the issue. Nigeria existence is based on Colonial masters Laws and Constitution, that Laws and Constitution are based on Federalism and Regionalism. We are joined together by force by the Colonial masters. We must obey the Constitution handed over to us at Independence.

I used America as an example because of similarities in the Federalism handed over to us by the British.

The Violence in Lagos during EndSars Riot has hidden protest of Southern Regions who are tired of the oppressive and exploitative System of Nigeria. The Southern States today see the Yorubas as the major obstacle to the freedom of the South from the North. That is why Tinubu was the major target. The day the Yorubas will lead an assault against this injustice will be the end. The Militants are ever ready, the Igbos are ever ready.

You are bringing the issue of OPEC and how countries manage their Oil, in Countries where the Rulers control the resources and government what concerns OPEC with management. If Colonial had not joined us together will late BARU be telling IBE Kachikwu nonsense over the oil at PortHarcourt. Somebody in Kaduna will be controlling waterways in Lagos and be fighting Lagos State government over the control of waterways and close borders with our brothers in Benin, Togo and Ghana. That is nonsense.

My people are the stumbling block. I know the agitators of South States freedom used the EndSARS protest to vent their anger and vendetta against Lagos and Tinubu out of frustration.

The oil & gas in Norway is controlled by the state like NNPC Nigeria through
Equinor ASA (formerly Statoil and StatoilHydro), is a Norwegian state-owned multinational energy company headquartered in Stavanger, & is primarily a petroleum company, operating in 36 countries with additional investments in renewable energy. By revenue, while under Statoil name, Equinor was ranked by Forbes Magazine (2013) as the world's eleventh largest oil and gas company and the twenty-sixth largest company, regardless of industry, by profit in the world, The company has about 20,200 employees.

The current company was formed by the 2007 merger of Statoil with the oil and gas division of Norsk Hydro, Similar to NNPC, As of 2017, the Government of Norway is the largest shareholder with 67% of the shares, while the rest is public stock, The ownership interest is managed by the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and EnergyThe company is headquartered and led from Stavanger, while most of their international operations are currently led from Fornebu, outside Oslo
.

See your argument about state control of resources & NNPC holds no water whatsoever, incompetence, & mismanagement, not structure is what is killing Nigeria, do new research before you open your basket void medulla next time, Mumu.

I don't need to lecture you about Norway. I will be wasting my time. Telling you about Statoil and Norsk Hydro and the merger will be time wasting. Norway population is less than 6 million about the size of Orile / Ajegunle in Lagos but Norway made more revenue from Fishing than what Nigeria with estimated population of 200 million makes from oil. Remember, Nigeria through the North also carry the burden of Niger and Chad.

We have no comparism at all with Norway. I chose America because of British our colonial masters.

This is a foolish comment even if you are as an apc supporter. So Zamfara should keep revenue from gold while the Niger Delta should be sharing it own resource to all. Abeg if na joke make you stop am.
