The mgt of the company has addressed investors and taken time to explain things. Please lets give them benefit of doubt for atleast the 1 month window they said (or 7 to 14 days from due date).

Dont plan with November ROI so as to avoid unnecessary apprehension/panic. Baba has said they will extend the contract just in case the ROI does not come in this month.

Well, litigants have to have adequate facts and points on ground before any court can agree to freeze mba account. If this is how easy it is to freeze a company account, then most Nigerian companies would have been shut down because most are debtors.
A lot of this people here threatening court case haven't even read their contracts properly. Arguing with them is just like arguing with primary school pupils.
These same miscreants threatening a court case against mba probably didn't comprehend or understand the clause in their contract which states that conflicts between them and the company would have to go through an arbitration process first and if not resolved, the courts will have the final say.

20k can get u a court injunction to freeze an account in this Nigeria. Leave all this ranting and stick to what u know. With the said amount any charge and bail lawyer go run am signed and delivered to the nearest branch by the court ballif. Once the bank confirms the injunction, na straight freezing. Pray it doesn't happen cos if it does before MBA know what's happened it almost week without access to funds.

Anyways, I am here to tell you that you don't need a group to finance or source a lawyer. You can do it on your own. Take your MOU and your lawyer and go start your law suit. Ensure the cost of getting your lawyer does not cost you more than your investment with MBA (if at all you invested).

Go to rally trade academy. They will teach you for free. And give you extra 500euro as bonus for you to trade. You can allow them give you VIP treatment by trading for you. Because as a beginner you can blow 1000eours.

If this info is true, just imagine how wicked and insensitive Nigerian government is. A country that has no good investment platform with good interest rate, that should be thanking MBA CEOs for helping Nigerians, instead are attacking this God sent portfolio.
