You are a liar. Get the hell out of here. You think court injunctions are gotten just like that?? Mba that has a separate unit of lawyers, you think they don't know about this? Please go and sit down.

Separate unit of lawyers that do not know the first thing about non-binding nature of an MOU which is what they asked investors to sign in the first place.

Give a bunch of monkeys typewriters and they will produce a better legal document than that one a trainee lawyer can deconstruct in one court sitting.

Stick to vulture eggs and dancing naked in full moon lol.

The Contract is a civil one and the Arbitration clause only applies to civil matters. If a criminal matter arises, that clause is very useless and doesn't mean anything. That is the difference between Breach of contract, Fraud and OBT.

Once you report a case of fraud or financial crime to the Police, the police can approach a Magistrate court for an order freezing all bank accounts belonging to that company. Once the order is granted, the banks are compelled to comply.
The Police and the courts don't even give the company an opportunity to reply because the complaint is a criminal matter of fraud and informing the company would prejudice their investigations. So, the company doesn't know until they go to the bank and they can't collect 1 kobo. Even the bank won't know until they get the court order and they must comply immediately.

After bringing your facts and information, the Court may eventually lift the order, but after how many months? Can you wait for 5 or 8 or 13 months for the account to be unfrozen before collecting your money?

Sensible investors avoid litigation. Only ignorant ones see litigation and jump into it. MBA should not fall for that trick.
You are on point. That's the plan we want to adopt. Get the bank accounts frozen until MBA pays every dime they are owing. If MBA wants litigation the accounts remained frozen until the matter is decided.

Nothing is certain, always better to invest what you can afford to give to charity especially in an unregulated Investment scheme

It doesn't work that way, it is like a situation whereby a tsetse fly is on your scrotum sucking your blood. You need patience and wisdom in handling the situation

Don't do that. It would kill MBA and destroy the investments of thousands. Besides, you won't get your money immediately.
Instead of that, walk into your MBA branch and talk to them in private.
Freezing that account would kill MBA. Please don't do that. It is counter productive.

Where did this one get this info from?

Common sense is not common. Whatever you don't understand, ask for explanation.
Who should I ask? I gave 3 investments with MBA. The first one clocked 1 year on Nov 4th. In the last 8 days I had been to their Lekki office twice to ascertain information on when I would get paid besides several emaila I had exchanged. I was getting conflicting information each time. By the time I watched the CEO video, that did it for me. I don't come on this thread to ask. I use this thread for what it is, exhange of information. You can check my posts over the past months as I would come here to testify when I got my ROIs. So when I I noticed something untoward I would equally share it.

For what is going on with MBA, that's the best option so that yu get their timely attention to address your issue. Once MBA do the needful, the accounts would be unfrozen, if they decide to go to litigation we stay put until the matter is decided. I am not new to this. There was a prominent company in PH that I took to courts in 2016, the matter was settled in 2019. So, it is left for MBA to decide to do what is right.

That may be responsible for the delays. I know he decides to flee which is the reason for the WCEP deal. The best option is for one to rush to freeze the accounts of MBA and his personal accounts. I can now understand why he paid one mama from his personal account.

For this reason, someone held the excess of 2.2m paid to her and said it will be returned to them when her 6months term elapses. She made the right decision i guess .

If this info is true, just imagine how wicked and insensitive Nigerian government is. A country that has no good investment platform with good interest rate, that should be thanking MBA CEOs for helping Nigerians, instead are attacking this God sent portfolio. These people don't care about their citizens one bit. Any government/CBN, power or individual wishing, praying, trying to frustrate this God sent investment platform will never know peace. Both them and their generation will never know peace and will be scattered forever ijn Amen. All their plans will end in futility ijn Amen.

That Information is not true. No MBA account is frozen. Investors need to relax and give MBA management the benefit of the doubt.

MBA FOR LIFE.

This is one of the reasons why they need to clean up the system. People are overpaid for no reason. People are underpaid or not paid at all for no reason.

It is better to have a system which gives Caesar what is due to Caesar. Nothing more nothing less.

Why the hurry to continue to run a woefully defective system.

The mess was created by them. Let's give them time to clean their mess.
For me a red flag is if they delay payments to online investors. For now that is not the case.

I can confirm and verify they are not short of funds.

Question for the gods.

If the CEO pays from his account, bad belle people would read meaning to it. If he refuse to pay from his account, bad belle people would still read meaning to it.

Very soon, if Vodina West start paying from her account, bad belle people go talk too. People are looking for payment and don't care about the account the money is coming from.

I repeat, MBA account is not frozen.
