There is no evidence that Ronaldo can replicate what he has done in Real Madrid, United, and Juventus (In the midst of the very best) in lowly clubs like Derby, Newport, or Fulham... The only proof will be if or when he plays there.

...And, if you insist that he can, then it can be equally argued that Messi can do it too!!! Both assumptions would be poor and wrong!

Both are the greatest of their generation. I don't have a favorite amongst them buh if I am a coach I will select CR7 over Messi.

Messi is built for a specific type of game. Once that style doesn't work he can't function. Cristiano on the other hand can play any style of game because he is a complete footballer. His both legs can hit a shot from distance. His nodding skill is out of this world. A team does not need to play too much good football to win with a player like Cristiano. All you need to do is get the ball to him in whatever way, be it on air or ground.

Messi needs very good midfielders around him to function properly. If he has it, he is extremely lethal but if those midfielders don't play well, it will tell on his game. Barcelona right now do not have the class of midfielders that they had before that is why his game has dropped. He is now doing much in creating than when Xavi and Iniesta were in the team. Ronaldo only played that way when he was in Man Utd.

Ronaldo needs deliveries to deliver while Messi needs a style of play similar to that of Barcelona and very good midfielders to deliver.
