Good morning house. Please I need urgent help. It’s been over 8months since my application, I got a response in March about my Medicaid which I passed. I saw on here last week about a web form, I filled it and also sent mails to the Canadian embassy in Kenya and Beijing and no Response yet. Please what should I do next? My school is in Vancouver, British Columbia. Please what should I do next? Should I send another set of emails or I should wait. Today makes it 7days since I sent the mail. Thank you

Please I would like to know the type of medical tests carried out during the Canada medical exams i.e whether Tuberculosis, HIV, etc.. my Health insurance agency asked me to find out the tests required so they can know whether my office health insurance can cover it or not.
Please help me out, it's quite urgent.
Thanks in advance

The contents in the link below will guide u on how to do that

How to send Webforms & Mails to IRCC offices if your application has EXCEEDED STANDARD/NORMAL PROCESSING TIME

U might need to modify some words in Message body (in the link above) cos you are a Paper Applicant and indicate u got BVL

So it now takes 28 days to reply to a webform

After getting two funny status messages from VFS yesterday that my passport has been treated and that it had been dispatched to IRCC Lagos, I called them today and they said those messages were sent in error and that the passport is still with IRCC.

IRCC Lagos has now devolved to the point of sending updates in error undecided. Have you gotten your status approved or LoI?

No status change. I don't think anyone has gotten their status changed since last week and no one has even gotten the letter of intro. I could be wrong but nobody has posted anything here. It seems IRCC doesn't want us to travel now.

Good morning Honorables,

I want to make an enquiry

My program was for Fall 2020, so I didn't defer, I wanted to get my approval first bfor deferring.
So I got the APPROVAL & I deferred, and I just recently got my New admission letter (LOA) and other details for Fall 2021.

I have alrdy sent my Passport to VFS, (Thursday last two weeks)

My question now is,

Can i send my New Admission Letter (LOA) to IRCC now or wait till I get my Passport stamped

Thanks

cc: Chocs , Frankrobbn1 , JustMellow & Honorable members in house

The processing of your application has been finalized, there is no relevance sending a new LOA to IRCC. Your visa is valid till the duration of your program, for this reason, you can travel to Canada by next year, 2021.

In most cases, you might not receive any acknowledgement email from IRCC, however, your request has been attended to and appended on your GCMS note.

Once the counterfoil number and the duration of your visa has been uploaded on your CIC account. It implies that your visa has been appended on your passport and ready for pickup.

Maybe the Courier Charge.
We have not been able to confirm if VFS honors courier return envelopes.

Did you write your name and Email address on the copies of your passport info page?

Judging by the level of coordination displayed by VFS Lagos in particular so far, I doubt if they will be able to locate and use return envelopes when passports return from IRCC processing.

Good morning all, please I need help on how to go about this, I saw this on my portal this morning, although I have a waiver for IELTS, how do I go about the Mybankstatement stuff, I submitted 4 months account statements from two banks (personal and business account) . SP application is for a 4 years bsc program. Thank you.

Nigeria Student Express Program (NSE) have fully been implemented by IRCC to help fast-track study permit processing from Nigeria. Apparently, a good number of applicants have been receiving this update on their CIC account. I will strongly advice prospective applicants who qualify for this route to utilize it because through the NSE program, you will enjoy faster processing within an average of 20 days. More importantly, the process is straightforward once you feel you meet the requirements:

To be eligible for faster processing through the NSE, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Apply online.
2. Be a Nigerian Citizen or legally residing in Nigeria.
3. Have an acceptance from a post-secondary designated learning institution in Canada for a Bachelor's degree, Master's, Phd degree or a Post-Graduate Diploma course.
4. Live outside of Canada when you apply.
5. Have a MyBank certificate showing sufficient funds for your studies (equivalent of $30,000) for at least six (6) months plus 12 months of banking history.
6. Only if you're planning to study in Quebec, you must provide a Certificat du Quebec (CAQ) from the Ministere de Immigration.
7. Get a medical exam before you apply (Upfront Medicals).
8. Have a language test (IELTS) that shows; a score of 6.0 or higher in each skill (reading, speaking, writing, and listening).

I hope this information is helpful to everyone.
