You guys should stop all these arguments because is not going to help you get the job. Is it today that virtual exam began? They asked you either to choose between cbt/virtual or you can still change from cbt to onsite and some people are still complaining about cheating as if testmi did not know all these things. Some candidates can't even write til now apart from those people that were scheduled to write this Saturday. So if you have written your own just start prayer and fasting if possible and see how God will do his wonder in your life. Some people don't finish their application, and some their application were rejected but God in his infinite mercy allowed testmi to invite them for the exam. Stop complaining about the whole issue because even this life we are living is not BALANCE .

You see ba, dis mentality is my main problem with us Nigerians,. Yes, not everybody will get it. But don't u think everybody deserves equal chance?. Those who got rejected and got an invite after to write d test felt good right?. Which I also think is awesome. But cheating in D test isn't same as getting a second chance.

And hiding behind undue advantage using God favor as cover ain't cool man. God is always fair, do not drag him into the CORRUPT mindset of humanity

Just ask for Mercy, Grace and Favour if you believe in God and all things will come out fine.

I don't think they'll invite up to 1000 candidates for an interview. And cut off will depend on the performance from our respective states.
Bayelsa will get slots more than any other state, then to be followed by her fellow Niger Delta States and then the rest.

They will invite more than a thousand. Think of the number of pipu dat applied.
I believe d link for d test has closed finally abi are pipu still writing d test?

I have seen arguments about individuals assuming that a high score during the test should mean they are better than those with lower scores. It doesnt matter whether ethinicity or politics is added to this view or not, this way of thinking is flawed.
As an academic with experience in teaching and conducting exams I can comfortably say that it doesn't matter if you score higher than a person during the test. It does however matter how you pass the overall process. For instance in an academic environment there are tests and then exams, practicals, field work and finally project thesis.
It is clearly stated on the Testmi website that your score doesn't automatically get you the job. There are so many factors which are taken into consideration and one integral factor is your ability to do the job and to prove so through out the whole process. Scoring 90% may allow you to attend the interview stages but it doesn't mean you will be successful during the interviews. And of course I expect that the interview stages is scored as well.
So I want to advice the fellow who keeps bragging about getting 90% in the test that it's not over yet. Please prepare as much as you can for the interview stage if you get called and leave the issue of sentiments outside this thread.

Thank you

No matter how you try to paint it, there is no denying that having 90% is a step in the right direction.
At least, you'll know that the probability of being invited to the interview stage is high.
I wish I had 90% joor

Is very true that 90% is a step in the right direction and they stand a good chance of been called for interview. But it will interest you to know that recruiters behave strange some times because they know what you can score under a normal condition. It can surprise you that they may call people who score 50% to 70% or 80%.

In TOTAL Trainee Production Operator 2010, my guys who got the material just go inside the exam hall shade correct answer. But Total knowing that most guys have the material did not call those that score very high without any proof of calculation on their rough sheet. Those that score not too low where called. So any thing can happen. Is better you score 70% to 80% even if u have test material to stand more chance

Am not saying NCDMB will do what TOTL did but you cannot tell. But each recruiter know which test result is possible and which is not possible

If you did it without cheating and you are good you should score up to 50, which is average. So NCDMB can decide to call from 50+ to 70+ or 50+ to 80+, anything outside that is abnormal under 1hr for that exam. Recruiters are psychologist, they know what to do.

Some persons are really really brilliant we shouldn’t forget that. There actually are people who ace aptitude tests to near perfect scores regardless of the exam type.
