The various shareholders are listed here under ownership..

Note: it was never stated that the company is owned by Heineken. They only come first on the list because they have 37% shares. They aren't the owners.

And according to the rule of shareholding, they don't I repeat they DON'T have the majority shares in NB.

37% does not give any group absolute control over a corporation. If however the body with 37% were to go into a working agreement with another share holder such that the total share amounts to 51%, then such a group takes over the board entirely.
