Just looking through the heads of all government ministries, departments and agencies this afternoon and i realised we have about 85 percent Northerners, most with degrees in useless courses like Arabic studies, Sharia law, Hausa language etc I just SMH. I don't even know if it's restructuring we need or total break-up. Living with these murderous cows just ain't worth it.
